Appointments
For your convenience, we are typically able to schedule appointments within the week. Urgent care is available on short notice. To schedule an appointment, give us a call at (231) 733-9669. We ask for 24-hour notice to change appointment times as a courtesy to our other patients.
Insurance & Billing
We accept most major vision insurance plans including VSP, Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Priority Health, Meijer, and Alcoa/Davis. Ask us about other insurance plans we might accept before your exam.
Financial Policy
Payment is expected at the time of service for co-pays, exam fees, materials, or to start an order. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover Card, as well as checks or cash.
